Seeking help with your mental health can be intimidating and maybe even a little scary – but it doesn’t have to be. Here at Every Rose Psychiatry, we are here to listen, understand, and work together toward the ultimate goal of getting you back to feeling like you. You will have questions – ask them! We’ll navigate every challenge as a team. We provide psychiatric medication management and holistic mental healthcare services for ages 4 through 65 primarily in the Greater Tampa Bay Area including Lutz, Land O Lakes, Wesley Chapel, and Carollwood – but spanning throughout the state of Florida. Our team here at Every Rose Psychiatry understands that every person is different, which means treatment that works for one person may not work for the next. This is why we are excited to announce that we are now offering SPRAVATO® (esketamine) nasal spray treatment. SPRAVATO® is FDA-approved and is used to help those with treatment-resistant depression, PTSD, anxiety, and other mental health disorders. We are also pleased to have the opportunity to begin offering TMS (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation) for treatment resistant depression. TMS is a non-invasive brain treatment that uses small magnetic pulses to help stimulate nerve cells. TMS primarily treats depression (although has increasing evidence for indications such anxiety, OCD, and substance use disorders) and is great for those who haven’t had much luck with traditional pharmacological treatment options (medications). Thank you for considering us to help you along your journey of life and please do not hesitate to reach out!
Serving the Tampa Bay area, our clinics offer a modern and effective solution for adults dealing with treatment-resistant depression. We provide personalized, non-invasive TMS therapy in a comfortable and professional outpatient setting. From St. Petersburg to Brandon, we are dedicated to bringing advanced mental healthcare to the Gulf Coast, helping residents find lasting relief and rediscover a life free from the weight of depression.
TMS therapy is a cutting-edge medical treatment that uses focused magnetic fields to stimulate the prefrontal cortex, the part of the brain that regulates mood. This gentle stimulation helps to re-synchronize neural circuits that have become dysregulated by depression, restoring healthy brain function. As a targeted, non-drug therapy, TMS works without the systemic side effects that can make antidepressant medications difficult to tolerate for many individuals.
Our commitment to you is rooted in clinical excellence and safety. Every TMS treatment is prescribed and monitored by our team of experienced medical professionals, led by a licensed psychiatrist. We use FDA-cleared technology and follow evidence-based protocols to ensure you receive the highest standard of care. Your progress is tracked closely, allowing us to optimize your treatment for the best possible outcome.
We understand that your time is valuable. Our outpatient clinics are designed to provide effective treatment that fits seamlessly into your life. With locations offering convenient access from across the Tampa Bay region and flexible appointment scheduling, you can receive your daily TMS session and immediately get back to your work, family, and daily activities.
Our Tampa clinics are dedicated to meeting the mental health needs of the Gulf Coast community. While our primary, FDA-approved focus is on Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), our experienced clinicians also work with off-label applications for other conditions, such as:
Your journey begins with a comprehensive psychiatric assessment to confirm that TMS is the most suitable treatment for your diagnosis.
A full course of TMS typically consists of daily treatment sessions, five days per week, for a period of six to eight weeks. This is followed by a tapering phase with less frequent sessions. The entire process is completed on an outpatient basis.
TMS has been studied for decades and is considered a very safe procedure with no known long-term side effects. The most common short-term side effect is mild scalp discomfort or headache at the treatment site, which typically resolves on its own within the first week of treatment.
An ideal candidate for TMS is an adult who has been diagnosed with Major Depressive Disorder and has not found adequate relief from antidepressant medications, or who has experienced significant side effects. The best way to find out is to schedule a consultation with our clinical team for a full evaluation.
Both are innovative treatments for depression, but they work differently. TMS is a non-invasive brain stimulation therapy that uses magnetic pulses. Spravato (esketamine) is a prescription nasal spray derived from ketamine that is administered in-office. Your psychiatrist can discuss the pros and cons of each and help determine which treatment is right for you.
