Exxceed Wellness is a psychiatric care practice in Hayward, California, offering in-office TMS therapy and Spravato (esketamine) for treatment-resistant depression, plus ADHD evaluation, medication management, and psychotherapy. TMS is delivered on a Magstim Horizon 3.0 using standard 10Hz rTMS and intermittent theta-burst (iTBS) protocols, for treatment-resistant depression and as an FDA-cleared adjunct for OCD. Telehealth psychiatric care is available across California. Care is led by Nefretiri Abat, J.D., PMHNP-BC, a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.
