Relief Mental Health in St. Charles, IL is an outpatient provider of transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS), psychedelic antidepressant therapy (SPRAVATO® esketamine and IV ketamine), psychiatry/medication management services, and talk therapy for the treatment of depression, obsessive compulsive disorder, anxiety and other mental health diagnoses. Juliette Murphy, APRN, PMHNP-BC, MSN

Juliette Murphy, APRN, PMHNP-BC, MSN, is a dedicated and compassionate nurse practitioner at Relief Mental Health in St. Charles, Illinois. With a focus on psychiatric mental health, Juliette specializes in treating patients dealing with a wide range of diagnoses, including anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), PTSD, suicidal ideation, relationship issues, sleep problems, and stress.

Juliette’s expertise lies in medication management for anxiety and depression. She is also well-versed in treating impulse control disorders, mood disorders, personality disorders, and thinking disorders, such as OCD. Her dedication to her patients is evident in her extensive training and experience, having worked with individuals of various age groups, from preteens and teenagers to adults and older adults aged 65 and older.

Utilizing a variety of treatment modalities, Juliette ensures her patients receive personalized and effective care. She is skilled in cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, prevention, motivational interviewing, person-centered therapy, solution-focused brief therapy, and applied behavioral analysis. Her treatment options encompass medication management, psychedelic therapy (SPRAVATO® esketamine), self-care plans, genetic testing, and more.

As an inclusive and empathetic healthcare professional, Juliette is allied with transgender, gay, lesbian, non-binary, queer, and single mother individuals, providing a supportive and understanding environment for all her patients. She strongly believes in the power of listening to her patients’ stories, making sure they feel seen and heard to offer the best possible care.

With a career in mental health that began in 2018, Juliette has worked in both inpatient and outpatient settings, gaining experience in treating a diverse array of mental health diagnoses, including ADHD, bipolar disorder, and autism spectrum disorders.

Juliette earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Olivet Nazarene University and a Master’s in Nursing from Eastern Kentucky University, graduating Summa Cum Laude from both programs. 

Beyond her professional endeavors, Juliette’s personal interests include family, travel, continuous learning, health and fitness, Netflix, and spending time with her beloved cat. She is an active member of the Neuroscience Education Institute, constantly seeking to stay informed and updated on the latest advancements in her field.

Kristine-Gonyon

Kristy Gonyon, LCPC, DMT

Kristy Gonyon, LCPC, DMT is a therapist at Relief Mental Health in St. Charles, Ill., with more than 10 years of experience in working with individuals who suffer from anxiety, depression, relationship issues and a variety of other mental health concerns.

Kristy strives to maintain an open dialogue with her clients, using a collaborative approach to therapy interventions. Her goal is to give clients the tools they need in order to utilize the skills and knowledge gained during therapy sessions in their everyday lives. Examples of areas Kristy can address with clients include interpersonal communication, self-worth, and coping strategies for stress-inducing situations.

Kristy offers supportive and evidence-based interventions through the use of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) theologies. A dance movement therapist, she also deploys creative interventions such as dance/movement, play and art to deepen the therapeutic experience. Kristy applies humor in her work, which encourages comfort and connection with clients.

Passionate about helping people along their therapeutic journey, Kristy provides a compassionate environment to explore a wide range of concerns. She hopes all her clients gain insight, knowledge and coping skills to improve their mental health.

Kristy earned a Master of Arts in dance/movement therapy and counseling from Columbia College in Chicago and a Bachelor of Arts in dance and psychology from Columbia College in Chicago. She is a member of the Illinois Counseling Association and a resident of Sugar Grove, Ill. Kristy joined Relief in 2023 and enjoys dancing, karaoke, and spending time with friends and family.

Kristy collaborates with other medical and clinical experts at Relief to offer the right care to patients, which could include medication such as antidepressants or psychedelics (SPRAVATO® esketamine), and/or transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS).

Liliana Radovanovic, APRN, FNP, PMHNP-BC

Lilliana Radovanovic, APRN, FNP, PMHNP-BC is a psychiatric nurse practitioner at Relief Mental Health in St. Charles, Ill., with more than 20 years of experience of direct patient care. She specializes in working with clients who struggle with anxiety, depression, self-harm behaviors, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), stress and a variety of other mental health diagnoses.

Lilliana is a dual board-certified family nurse practitioner and psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. She strives to form strong therapeutic alliances with patients in order to provide high-quality, culturally competent care.  Lilianna offers psychiatric evaluations and medication support using innovative modalities designed to diagnose and treat a variety of challenges. Her passion has always been about helping others in need, and promoting overall health and wellness. Her aim is to provide comprehensive mental health care by building a trusting relationship, listening to the patient’s needs, guiding the patient, and developing individualized and unique plans of care for each patient. 

Lilliana earned a Master of Science in nursing from Governors State University in University Park, Ill., and a Bachelor of Science in nursing from St. Xavier University in Oak Lawn, Ill.  Lillianna is a board-certified member of The American Association of Nurse Practitioners and The American Nurses Credentialing Center. She joined Relief in 2022 and resides in Elmhurst, Ill., with her son. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, watching movies, meditating, cooking, shopping and traveling.

In addition to providing psychiatry services and administering SPRAVATO® esketamine for patients with treatment-resistant depression, Lilliana works with an extraordinary team of therapists and professionals at Relief. Together, they can offer additional services such as psychotherapy and transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) for depression, OCD and other issues.
