Pardell, MD, DLFAPA, who has been serving the Hudson Valley community since 1996, Clearwave Mental Health is on the cutting edge of mental health treatment and strategies. Specifically, we are first in the group in the Hudson Valley to offer Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS Therapy) – a non-invasive treatment for drug-resistant depression, anxiety, OCD, and more. We offer breakthrough mental health treatment in the New York City area including Deep TMS, Accelerated TMS with and without fMRI guidance, and eTNS. fMRI guided accelerated TMS is known as SAINT. For daily, standard deep TMS and for covered services like the consultation and followups, we accept Cigna and Medicare. TMS multiple times per day is not covered by insurance at this time. Accelerated TMS is typically 10 per day for 5 days but protocols vary based on individual circumstances. We offer TMS for depression and other mood disorders and OCD.
