Talargie Tafesse, MSN, PMHNP-BC, is a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner at Relief Mental Health and is providing personalized care to Chicago’s Lakeview and West Loop locations. He brings a rich background in both clinical practice and academic instruction. With over a decade of experience across diverse healthcare settings, he provides thoughtful, evidence-based care to adults, children, adolescents, and geriatric populations. At Relief Mental Health, Talargie brings a holistic and person-centered approach to psychiatric care, integrating his expertise in medication management, supportive psychotherapy, and treatments such as SPRAVATOⓇ (esketamine) therapy and Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) to support patients facing treatment-resistant depression, OCD and other mental health diagnoses.

His clinical foundation is complemented by years of leadership as a Clinical Nurse Manager, BHS Educator, and faculty member in nursing programs, where he has mentored future healthcare professionals.
