Stephanie Ligman, MSW

Stephanie holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Wisconsin–Green Bay. Over the past five years, she has served the Central Wisconsin community in diverse settings, including inpatient and outpatient mental health clinics, domestic violence and homeless shelters, and county-based youth programs. She works with individual clients ages 16 and up, as well as couples, supporting them through a wide range of life challenges and mental health experiences. Stephanie brings a strengths-based and eclectic approach to her work, emphasizing the inherent worth and dignity of every person. Drawing from a variety of clinical frameworks, she supports clients in identifying their resilience, fostering personal growth, and creating meaningful change. As a mental health professional, she prioritizes ongoing education to enhance her clinical skills and ensure that she provides her clients with the best care possible.
