Patrick Wester, PMHNP-BC, APRN

With a background spanning psychopharmacology, psychotherapy, and interventional psychiatry, Patrick brings both expertise and empathy to his practice. As a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, he is dedicated to delivering compassionate, evidence-based mental health care through medication management and psychopharmacology support.

With a focus on individualized treatment, Patrick works collaboratively with patients to address both the underlying causes and symptoms of mental health conditions. He is passionate about patient education, advocacy, and building trusting relationships that empower patients to take an active role in their healing journey.

Patrick holds dual bachelor’s degrees in psychology from Fordham University and in nursing from Seton Hall University, where he received Nursing Excellence Awards in both Psychiatric Nursing and Nursing Research. He went on to earn a Master of Science in Advanced Nursing Practice from Wilkes University, completing a year-long internship in outpatient psychiatry serving patients of all ages.

Patrick’s path to advanced psychiatric care began in nursing, where he worked as a Registered Nurse in emergency, trauma, and psychiatric emergency settings across New Jersey and California. His experiences fueled his commitment to helping patients find relief even in the most challenging circumstances.
