Lindsay knows that depression, life transitions, anxiety, and/or mood disorders can be painful and sometimes debilitating. She strives to build therapeutic alliances by providing a non-judgmental, safe, and warm environment in which her patients feel comfortable. She is an LGBTQIA+ ally and believes that everyone is worthy of receiving the help they need.
Through evidence-based clinical approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and person-centered therapy, Lindsay collaborates with her clients to identify and develop goals to facilitate personal growth.
