Overview

Emily is a Master of Social Work student at the University of Michigan, specializing in Interpersonal Practice, Mental Health, and Substance Abuse. She obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from U-M last year and is thrilled to stay in Ann Arbor.

Emily is currently receiving training in ketamine-assisted psychotherapy through the Polaris Institute and wholeheartedly believes in the healing power of psychedelic medicine. She looks forward to supporting clients in transformational growth by centering her therapeutic approach on individual empowerment and unconditional positive regard. Emily sincerely believes that each person is the expert of their own story, and she aims to offer a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental environment for folks to openly explore what’s on their hearts and minds. Emily’s practice is trauma-informed.

Emily aspires to pursue a career in psychedelic-assisted therapy, and she serves as the president of U-M’s Student Association for Psychedelic Studies. In her free time, Emily enjoys spending time in the great outdoors, weight lifting, and creating mosaic art. She looks forward to connecting with you!
