Blanca Sierra – PMHNP-BC

Blanca Sierra, PMHNP-BC, is a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner and the Director of Patient Admissions at Santa Rosa Behavioral Health Hospital. She is dedicated to advancing trauma-informed, holistic care while ensuring that patients experience compassionate, supportive transitions into treatment. Her professional interests include alleviating burnout, promoting work–life balance, and addressing generational trauma, with a focus on fostering resilience in both patients and healthcare teams.

In her leadership role, Blanca integrates evidence-based practices with a deep commitment to staff and patient well-being. She values creating environments where healing and professional growth can flourish. Outside of her clinical work, she enjoys time outdoors with her spouse and their four dogs, finding balance and renewal in nature.
