We’re a team of clinicians and staff who have dedicated our lives to research, education, and treating those with mental health conditions. We’re especially passionate about helping those with Treatment-Resistant Depression and providing the most advanced therapies available, including Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and esketamine nasal spray, both FDA-approved for advanced depression.
Mental health conditions can be profoundly painful and isolating, making it difficult to seek help. Our team provides a unique, patient-centered experience to help you find the appropriate treatment and relief from your symptoms. We’re grateful to be practicing psychiatry during this era in which there are so many new treatment possibilities and new hope for those with mental health conditions.
During his medical school rotations, Dr. Rosi found that the ongoing nature of the psychiatrist-patient relationship enabled him to develop a more complete understanding of his patients and was heartened that this work helped them to transform their lives.
Dr. Rosi believes in building a trusting working relationship with his patients through open communication and educating them about all available modalities so treatment decisions can be made collaboratively.
Using a holistic approach that emphasizes pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic treatments, including psychotherapy, neuromodulation, and developing healthy living habits, Dr. Rosi works together with his patients toward the goals of symptom elimination and restoring health. Currently, he is seeing patients ages 14 and older.
When he’s not in clinic, Dr. Rosi enjoys hiking in the mountains, as well as playing basketball and soccer.

Dr. Sharath Puttichanda finds the brain to be the most fascinating organ in the body. The human condition, the stories of our lives, and the opportunities he has had to observe, learn and be curious about are what drew him to psychiatry. Not to mention the fact that the brain is the seat of all behavior, emotion, and action.
For Dr. Puttichanda, his passion stems from a deep-seated desire to help those in crisis or in need. He believes humans are complicated and not perfect all the time. All of those aspects make the whole person. He uses his clinical skills to guide people in the right direction and build treatment plans to help his patients find relief from the suffering they may be experiencing. In working with patients, he meets them where they are emotionally and builds a collaborative partnership to help each person live their happiest, best lives.
He has witnessed patients treated with Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and Electroconvulsive Therapy (ECT) see great success and examples of recovery and relief from suffering. He sees TMS as a breakthrough treatment option for those with treatment-resistant mood disorders and anxiety disorders.

Dr. Keith Lui was struck by the immediate connection he felt to patient care. He saw the comfort and reassurance doctors provided for patients, and how this difference directly impacted the patients’ disposition. After this experience, he knew healthcare was his calling, and he pivoted his career toward medicine.
Most recently, Dr. Lui treated patients at a county mental health center. As the Crisis Unit Psychiatrist, he managed and diagnosed a wide variety of psychiatric illnesses. He implemented pharmacological and psychotherapeutic treatment of hospitalized patients. He worked with patients to create the best treatment plan possible, empowering them to take active ownership in their care, as this doctor/patient partnership had a significant impact on aiding patients’ improvement.
Dr. Lui first has always been interested in Interventional Psychiatry and the opportunity to treat patients with Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS.) Having treated patients with pharmacologic plans, he saw it was sometimes difficult to find the appropriate medication regiment for patients, and even when found, patients could relapse or worsen. He saw TMS as a safe treatment with limited side effects that can create lasting improvement for patients. He also appreciates the assuagement for some cultures that may be more comfortable with procedures vs. pills.
He joined Mindful Health Solutions in the late Summer of 2019.
