Overview
I work with adults, adolescents, and children living with depression, anxiety, ADHD, OCD, and substance use, including people who have already tried treatment and not gotten better.
My clinical philosophy.
Harm reduction first. I look for other explanations before reaching for medication, and I do not prescribe more than a situation calls for.
Trauma-informed. Past trauma is assessed and accounted for in the treatment plan.
Non-judgmental. Care is client-centered, including in the difficult sessions.
