Meghan Ackerman, MSN, PMHNP-BC

Meghan Ackerman, MSN, PMHNP-BC, is a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner at Relief Mental Health in Warren, NJ. Meghan provides psychiatric medication management for patients ages children, adolescents, and adults. She also offers SPRAVATO® treatment for adults with treatment-resistant depression or major depressive disorder with suicidal thoughts or actions. She also specializes in working with both adolescents and adults with attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD).

Meghan has experience working in inpatient, outpatient, partial hospitalization, and telehealth settings. She treats a broad range of diagnoses, including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and other mood and thought disorders. She is skilled in both pharmacological and non-pharmacological approaches and is committed to personalized treatment planning and evidence-based care.

Meghan earned a Master of Nursing Practice from Purdue University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Colorado.

When needed, Meghan connects patients with additional services at Relief, such as transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) or talk therapy, ensuring comprehensive care on their journey to wellness.
