Overview

Marina Fowler is a certified social worker and therapist dedicated to creating a safe and compassionate space where healing and growth can unfold. She earned both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in social work from The University of Utah, with a focus on trauma and substance use.

Marina has extensive experience supporting individuals navigating trauma, grief, depression, anxiety, substance use, chronic pain, and complex life transitions. She is deeply committed to guiding patients toward reconnecting with their own intuitive wisdom and life experiences as sources of strength, inspiration, and resilience.

Her therapeutic style is integrative, drawing from a wide range of evidence-based and holistic approaches including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Narrative Therapy, and mindfulness-based somatic practices. She also works with patients exploring psychedelic integration and non-ordinary states of consciousness.

With warmth, curiosity, and compassion, Marina empowers her clients to cultivate self-understanding and build tools that can support them beyond the therapy room. Her goal is not only to help clients heal but also to help them reconnect with themselves and the world around them in meaningful and lasting ways.
