Bree-Anna Nicoletti, PMHNP-BC, APRN

Bree-Anna Nicoletti’s psychiatric experience is centered around providing innovative treatments, medication management, and psychotherapy for a wide range of mental health conditions including PTSD, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, ADHD, and psychotic disorders. As a board-certified psychiatric mental health nursing practitioner, her approaches are patient-centered and focused on providing a collaborative, inclusive, and therapeutic environment for her patients.

Bree-Anna completed her Master’s in Clinical Psychology at the University of Massachusetts, and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master’s of Science in Nursing at the Massachusetts General Hospital Institute of Health Professions. She has experience working with individuals across the lifespan, in both psychiatric and dual-diagnosis settings. She was previously a psychiatric registered nurse at McLean Hospital in the Division of Psychotic Disorders. In 2024, she was the reward recipient for the George & Regina Herzlinger Prize.

In addition to medication management at Stella Mental Health Boston, Bree-Anna specializes in interventional treatments such as Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), Spravato (esketamine) nasal spray, and ketamine-assisted infusion therapy.
