Rude horrible staff makes the place depressing and sad. It’s like they have miserable lives and the tiny bit of power they feel at the DMV counter gets them off
2 stars for the nice people working there. Walk-in waiting 2.5 hours is ridiculous. I tried to get a appt. on line and the website said that appointments were unavailable. Tax dollars at work....:-(
