Dr. J. Todd Holland, DO. Ph.D.

I am a board-certified Osteopathic Physician and Psychiatrist, licensed to practice medicine in 3 states (WA, VA and UT).

Before starting my private practice in the Spring of 2023, I had been serving as the psychiatrist at the Amen Clinic in Seattle.

Prior to medical school and the years in medicine, I had pursued and received a Ph.D. in Biophysics that would greatly enhance my understanding and application of medicine. I also spent decades volunteering and helping patients with substance use disorders.

I believe in treating the whole person. I believe in improving patients mental health from an integrative perspective that emphasizes on healing power of foods and movement.

I am described by my patients as being personable, knowledgeable, and compassionate.
