Dr. Ozan Toy completed his BA in Molecular Biology and Biochemistry at Wesleyan University in Middletown, CT. He then finished his MD at Geisinger Commonwealth School of Medicine in Scranton, PA. For his residency training, Dr. Toy completed an internship in internal medicine at Georgetown MedStar Franklin Square Hospital in Baltimore, MD.
Subsequently, he completed a second year of residency training in neurology at New York Presbyterian Hospital/Weill Cornell Medical Center and Memorial Sloan Kettering. Finally, Dr. Toy finished a residency in Psychiatry at Boston University Medical Center. He is board-certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.
Dr. Toy’s Clinical Interests
Dr. Toy uses a holistic approach and considers biological, psychological, and social aspects of a client’s life to determine the best treatment paradigms. He has close to a decade of experience treating individuals with psychiatric and neuropsychiatric conditions with medications, psychotherapy and somatic therapies like TMS. He enjoys staying on top of the latest advances in treatment options so he can provide the best care to patients who suffer from treatment resistant depression and Obsessive Compulsive Disorder.
Moreover, Dr. Toy enjoys treating conditions such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and ADHD.
