Relief Mental Health in Red Bank, NJ is an outpatient provider of transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS), psychedelic antidepressant therapy (SPRAVATO® esketamine), psychiatry/medication management services, and talk therapy for the treatment of depression, obsessive compulsive disorder, anxiety and other mental health diagnoses. Jamie Pacilio, MSPAS, PA-C

Jamie Pacilio, MSPAS, PA-C is a physician assistant at Relief Mental Health in Red Bank, New Jersey, with broad experience in outpatient psychiatry. She holds extensive knowledge in multiple treatment modalities including innovative approaches such as SPRAVATO® therapy and transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS).  

Jamie treats patients ages 16 and older who are struggling with a wide range of psychiatric diagnoses, including but not limited to: depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, OCD, PTSD, personality disorders, and substance use disorder. 

Applying her knowledge of neuroscience, psychology, and psychiatry in combination with her affinity for helping people, Jamie works diligently to find the best treatment option for each patient. Dedicated to continuing education, Jamie is well-versed in the most recent medication trials and treatment options, and focuses on providing transparency about what a patient can expect.

Passionate about giving back to people and animals that need help, Jamie is a sponsor through Compassion International, a nonprofit humanitarian organization dedicated to providing aid such as food and clean water, medical care, education, and spiritual guidance globally to children in poverty through direct sponsorship. She also serves as a sponsor through Popcorn Park Animal Refuge, a non-profit organization that provides care to both domestic and non-domestic animals, rescuing them from unfortunate circumstances and providing them with shelter/housing, food, and veterinary care. 

Jamie earned a Master of Science in physician assistant studies from West Liberty University in West Virginia and a Bachelor of Science in neuroscience from Muhlenberg College in Pennsylvania. With three years of experience working as a PA-C in psychiatry, she joined Relief in 2023. Jamie is an avid hiker and long-distance runner. She resides with her husband and four cats in Toms River.
